SNAP – Simply snap your receipt with min $20 spend and upload via the West Mall Rewards Mobile App ($1 spent = 1 POINTS). Receipts of purchase(s) must be submitted within 24 hours to be eligible for POINTS.
REDEEM – Redeem West Mall eVouchers/eDeals via the West Mall Rewards App (1,000 POINTS = $5 West Mall eVoucher). You can also redeem exclusive shopping and dining rewards on the West Mall Rewards Catalogue to enjoy greater savings!
3. How do I become a member? (Membership is Free!)
Membership is open to any Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents aged 18 years and above, and is valid for a lifetime. However, membership is subject to termination should there be any suspicious or fraudulent activities found in the member’s account.Shoppers must sign up an account to unlock member-exclusive features on the West Mall Rewards App.
4. How do i upgrade my membership tier?
Simply accumulate a minimum of $6,000 within a year to qualify to upgrade your membership to a Premium Member and earn 1.5x Points on your purchases.
5. Do I need to activate my West Mall Rewards membership account at Customer Service Counter?
No, your West Mall Rewards membership is activated immediately after you have signed up via the West Mall Rewards App.
6. Can I transfer my membership?
Transfer of membership is not permitted in this Rewards Programme.
